Module 1 Vocabulary Booklet – ¡Diviértete!
 
This vocabulary booklet is designed to help students build and revise the key vocabulary from Module 1, covering topics including the Spanish-speaking world, digital life, hobbies and free time, making arrangements, weekends and past experiences, and everyday situations.
 
The booklet contains 40 vocabulary items for each unit, with the Spanish and English meanings presented together to make learning, revision and self-testing straightforward. It is ideal for students preparing for Edexcel GCSE Spanish, while also providing some additional vocabulary to help students aiming for higher grades.
 
Vocabulary levels:
Words marked with an asterisk (*) are higher-tier vocabulary intended for higher candidates.
Words marked with an asterisk (*) and shown in bold are not included in the prescribed Edexcel vocabulary list, but have been included to extend students' vocabulary and challenge higher candidates.
All other words are included in the prescribed Edexcel vocabulary list.
 
The booklet also includes a short vocabulary test at the end, allowing students to check how well they have learned the words.
