Help your students talk confidently about their free time with this engaging, GCSE-style lesson designed for the Edexcel GCSE Spanish (2024) specification. Students learn how to talk about sports, hobbies and leisure activities while revising key irregular verbs (jugar, hacer, tocar and montar) and mastering opinion verbs such as gustar, encantar and interesar. Through a wide range of carefully scaffolded activities, students develop the confidence to express and justify their opinions about free time using high-frequency GCSE vocabulary.
 
This lesson is designed for mixed-ability classes, with clear support for all learners alongside extension activities to stretch higher-attaining students.
