This is the second part of my lesson on traditional music in Spain, forming part of a wider series of lessons on the topic of music for A-Level Spanish.
 
In the first part, students explored flamenco in depth, including its origins, the cante, baile, toque and the different palos. This second part broadens the topic by looking at other important traditional musical and dance traditions in Spain, with a particular focus on la jota and la sardana.
